Detailed Product Description
The single layer stretch film machine is used for producing LDPE and LLDPE film. This machine is equipped with single screw stems, one hopper and cooling water system to produce different types of products.
The final production of the film consists of two faces: two sides of film are adhesive. It is widely used for packing architecture material and hardware parts.
1)The screw stem and cylinders of it are all made of 38CRMOALA alloy and treated by nitrogen, which has an advantage of corrosion resistance and endurance.
2)The cooling water system is to provide the best transparent effect, which will increase the production of the extruder.
3)Take-up equipment adopts with friction type rewinding and equipment with edge correcting device to ensure the quality.
